The Mobile Work Order application effectively extends the functionalities of the Emphasys Elite Work Order module into a field setting, where work is carried out in real-time on scheduled properties. This application offers comprehensive tracking and management of work orders, ensuring timely completion while providing field workers with essential tools such as daily schedules, property details, assigned tasks, and inventory information.

Designed with the needs of Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) in mind, the Mobile Work Order application facilitates both emergency and routine work orders, thereby contributing to the safety and well-being of residents. Onsite personnel are equipped to document their work with before-and-after photographs that can be easily accessed within Emphasys Elite for record-keeping purposes. Additionally, the app features digital signature capabilities that allow both workers and residents to confirm job completion.

Importantly, the application functions without requiring a wireless connection while in the field, as all collected data is stored locally for synchronization at a later time. Once reconnected to the internet, the data is automatically synced with Emphasys Elite for processing.
